· Participate in Nahdi and Sakhaa salary survey through the analysis and collection of the data needed in order to propose the required recommendations/amendments.
· Validate / Propose salary structure for Nahdi and Sakhaa new hires and promoted employees based on the internal equity and grading structure to ensure the alignment with the set compensation strategy.
· Maintain and enhance the grading structure of Nahdi and Sakhaa by maintaining the current and new positions to ensure the fairness of the pay structure
· Participate in the Job Evaluation exercises as a member of the Job Evaluation committee to ensure the fairness of Nahdi grading structure.
· Analyze Nahdi and Sakhaa compensation elements as the allowances, salaries, incentives...etc. to ensure the consistency and fairness of the compensation strategy implementation.
· Design and control Nahdi and Sakhaa compensation & benefits policies including promotions, allowances, salary adjustments…etc. to ensure the consistency and fairness of the compensation strategy implementation.
· Implement Nahdi and Sakhaa bonus and annual increase through calculation, system updating and communication with the concerned stakeholders in order to provide the consolidated amounts to the Payroll Department.
· Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
· Participate in the Corporate Human Resources projects based on the business needs such as design manpower plan, Human Resources dashboards, recruitment and compensation and benefits projects.
