Job Description

Job purpose:

Translate the commercial strategy to Guests’ shoping experience through drawing detailed Display Guidelines and planograms using Oracle ASO system.

Accountability:

•Manage the planograms per clusters by adjusting the output of Oracle ASO and working with merchandise planner in order to reach the optimized assortment in allocated space per category/store.

•Create and Develop analyses and reports related to space planning (e.g. planogram productivity per segment/ category/ store, space productivity per store) by collating and processing space planning related data in order to monitor performance, identify ways of continuous improvements and support other functions of the business (e.g. category management team, store operations)

•Drive profitability through Display tactics to leverage the product Mix and support strategic and profitable brands especially private label.

•Lead the process of Space optimization through working closely with Merchandise planning team to ensure the best fitting and maximum utilization of the space.

•Periodically create/update Planogram Sketches (Schematics) for [x] assigned categories by converting Category Management strategies into technical display tactics in order to reflect company strategy to the planogram.

•Periodically create/Update Planogram Templates for [x]assigned categories by use of Spaceman Professional w/ MSAX (or any other Planogram Software) as per Planogram Sketches in order to build the frame-work of populating store-specific planograms

•Periodically create/update Multiple Fixture-type versions of Planograms for [x]assigned categories by use of Spaceman w/ MSAX (or any other Planogram Software) as per Planogram Templates for all possible Fixture-types in order to build the frame-work of populating store-specific planograms

•Periodically create/update Multiple Section-size versions of Planograms for [x]assigned categories by use of Spaceman w/ MSAX (or any other Planogram Software) as per Fixture-Type Planogram versions for all possible Section-sizes in order to build the frame-work of populating store-specific planograms

•Periodically create/update Multiple Profile-specific versions of Planograms for [x]assigned categories by use of Spaceman w/ MSAX (or any other Planogram Software) as per Section-size Planogram versions for all possible Store-Types in order to build the frame-work of populating store-specific planograms

•Regularly maintain orderliness of Planogram Database by multitude of activities (i.e. renaming folders, POG files, etc.) in both local and My.Spaceman Planogram databases in order to ensure seamless planning for space panning teams

•Periodically creates and present Planogram-efficiency Reports and Recommendations (e.g. planogram productivity per SKU/segment/ category/ store, etc.) by use of Spaceman Professional Analysis Tools in order to provide reference for improving display tactics for the next cycle of planogram generation

Update CDH (Category Display Hierarchy) on a per SKU Level for the [x] assigned categories by collaborating with Category managers in order to ensure all enrolled SKUs are properly considered in calculation of Cat-Map Guide and other calculation tools

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
